As the social justice arm of the Catholic Church, Catholic Charities provides resources and support for the most disadvantaged members of our communities. Through programs such as emergency assistance, Circles (an educational and support program to help people become self-sustaining), immigration support and adoption, we provide help and create hope for the most vulnerable citizens.
Circles NWFL is the proven path to long term self-sufficiency, reaching across generations to teach self reliance and effective problem solving. The highest form of dignity a person can achieve is self-sufficiency. The hallmark of self-sufficiency is prosperity.
Immigration & Refugee- Immigration provides a legal route to citizenship for those seeking liberty and freedom. We open the door to a new life for all immigrants including refugees oppressed and persecuted in their native lands.
Pregnancy & Adoption protects the dignity of women and the lives of unborn children by providing counseling, support, and resources to women overwhelmed by an unplanned pregnancy, and anyone else associated with the pregnancy.
Emergency Assistance provides immediate assistance to the most vulnerable individuals and families by supplying basic needs. We offer emergency financial assistance, transitional housing, food pantry services, and holiday aid.
