For the last 27 years, the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) has been proud to hold the Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive, the nation’s largest one-day food drive, on the second Saturday in May. This year - due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they were unable to safely collect and distribute food, so they will schedule the 28th annual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive when it is safe to do so.
In lieu of the food drive, NALC is sponsoring a virtual Stamp Out Hunger campaign.
The funds generated during the campaign will go directly to Catholic Charities of Northwest Florida to be used through its food assistance program across the Florida Panhandle and Big Bend areas.
Make your donation today to help our local neighbors in need.
Last year, we provided food assistance to 33,463 individuals.
Since 1928, Catholic Charities of Northwest Florida has been assisting the individuals and families along our 18-County across the Florida Panhandle with food and emergency assistance, disaster relief, adoption services, financial counseling, and more. We serve everyone, regardless of race, nationality, or religion. In fact, 91 percent of who we help are not of the Catholic faith.
Funds raised by Stamp Out Hunger will go to help those in need, and right now, the number who need us is growing exponentially.
Thank you for contributing to the NALC Stamp Out Hunger campaign. With your donation, you are helping us help others.
