Director of Quality Improvement/Corporate Compliance
Catholic Charities of Northwest Florida is seeking a Director of Quality/Corporate Compliance.
This is a professional position working directly with Executive Director providing Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) plans, assists with the oversight of the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) data management systems, and ensures compliance with general standards as outlined in Council on Accreditation (COA) standards of accreditation for the entire agency. This individual will assist in formulation of and compliance with policies and procedures and analyzing and disseminating of program output/outcome data per COA accreditation standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or at least four years of college education.
• At least eight (8) years’ work experience and four (4) years supervisory experience.
• Supportive of the Mission and Values of Catholic Charities.
• Must be able to pass a level two background screening, motor vehicle driving check and credit check.
